Recipe: Peppermint Punch (2)

Hi Julie,

Here are two versions for you.

Peppermint Punch

2 qt. cold milk
2 qt. ginger ale
1 qt. peppermint ice cream
5 sticks peppermint candy, crushed

In punch bowl, mix together milk and ginger ale.
Scoop ice cream on top.
Garnish with crushed peppermint candy.

Holiday Punch

2 qts. peppermint ice cream
1 qt. milk
1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
Red food coloring
2 qts. ginger ale

Blend 3 pints softened ice cream and milk in punch bowl.
Add peppermint extract and a few drops of coloring.
Gradually add ginger ale and stir gently.
Cut in remaining ice cream to float in small pieces.
Makes about 32 servings
