Perogy Dough Recipe with Sour Cream
5 cups flour
2 cups liquid which will have the following:
1 cup sour cream
1 egg
1/4 cup of butter
Add water to achieve your full 2 cups of liquid.
Mix
Keep in fridge for at least 1 hour before rolling
or
Make the dough the day before and refrigerate over night.
