Thank You: Pierogie Recipe

Hi Barry,

Thank you for sharing your pierogie dough recipe. I had lost my dough recipe, that also had sour cream in it and never could find a good recipe.

Do you have any filling recipes? I usually just make a potato-cheese mixture. I have heard of using farmer's cheese and also a filling that is sweet, I think more like a dessert.
