ISO: Pick Salad

I remember my mother making a "Fad" salad, probably around late'70s or early '80s called "Pick Salad". It consisted of raw cauliflower in bite size pieces, carrots, celery maybe, pepperoni, jar of pepperoncini juice and all, and cubed cheese. I did a recipe search and found nothing. I grew up in the NE - maybe it's called something else elsewhere.
