Recipe(tried): Pickled beets and onions

Preserving - Pickles, Relishes

Hi Karen Sue;
I just buy the jars of pickled beets, pour them in a bowl and add sliced onions, stir well, cover and keep in fridge for a day or two before serving. I also sometimes add peeled hard boiled eggs, stir the mixture a few times as it sits in fridge so the eggs get colored all the way around. These are delish!!!!!!
