Recipe(tried): Canning Pickles - Tip

Preserving - Pickles, Relishes
Just wanted to let you know that when you hot water bath the pickles be sure maintain a gentle boil throughout the processing time. A vigorous boil will cook your pickles and make them mush. The hot water bath is for preserving and not cooking. Hope this helps. Sorry to hear about your mother. Kate
