Recipe(tried): Pico de Gallo

Toppings - Salsas
We just got back from Baja..Cabo San Lucas. We ate Pico de Gallo made this way by the locals:

5 to 6 tomatoes, diced
2 to 3 jalepeno peppers, seeded and chopped
1/2 red onion, diced
1/4 cup (or to taste) chopped, fresh cilantro
Lime juice from one lime
Pinch of salt and pepper

We combine all and let set for hour. Serve with chips.

If sits for a while, may need to drain, salt brings out juices in salsa.
