Recipe: Piickled Asparagus

Preserving - Pickles, Relishes
I have always pickled asparagus as I do my pickles The recipe my husband mother gave me. Just invert the jars, and cover with a towel and cool. Next day turn the jars upright and all the jars should have sealed if the brine was hot, and the asparaus and other spice were at room temperature. I usually only get 1 out of 4 dozen jars that don't seal and I just stick that in the fridge and wait a week and pretest of what goodies that are waiting....:)
