Recipe: Pineapple Casserole

Pineapple Casserole

6 slices white bread, cubed
3 eggs, beaten
1 large can crushed pineapple (Do Not Drain!)
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 stick of butter, melted

In casserole dish, mix eggs and sugar, then add pineapple. Add bread and stir to combine. Pour melted butter over all. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
