I picked up two 1 1/2 pound dungeness crabs last night for this recipe. It was really delicious. From the time we dropped the live crabs in the boiling water to the time we'd roasted them and set the dish on the table... it wasn't more than 30 minutes. We served it with fresh french bread and a chilled savignon blanc. Don't forget to drip the bread in the buttery, garlic, lemon drippings! Will definitely make this again soon!
