SHARK TERIYAKI SORTA
BASTING SAUCE:
3 tbsp margarine; melted
1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 garlic clove; minced
1 tsp honey
1 lb shark steak
Combine basting sauce ingredients.
Baste fish with sauce and place in hinged wire grill that has been sprayed with Pam.
Cook fish 4 to 6 inches from moderately hot coals for 4 to 5 minutes.
Baste with sauce and turn. Cook for another 4 to 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
Makes 3 servings
