Recipe(tried): Pizza-Style Meatloaf

I made this meatloaf last week for work. It was a little tricky to roll up, but tasted wonderful and was a hit with my family. To reheat for lunches, we just top it off with some spaghetti sauce from the jar. Definitely a keeper!
