Jammelle,
Very easy recipe...
Polish sausage (kelbassa) about 10 lbs to 15 lbs depends on how many people you want to serve. Cut up the sausage into 2-3 inch peices
2 or 3 onions, cut up
2 cans of Coors light beer (must be Coors light) I tried other beer and the taste is not there!
3 cans of diced tomato
2 large cans of sauerkraut
Salt N Pepper and some fresh herbs, I use some thyme.
Put it all in a pot and cook slowly on top of the stove or on top of the grill?
YUM !
