Recipe(tried): Pork Baby Back Ribs

Those Adams ribs are delicious- we did try them.

What we usually do with ribs (the pork - baby back type) is to sprinkle them all over with a 'rub' -- there are a zillion rub recipes or you can buy or make your own - the seasonings, spices, herbs you and your family like.

Place the rubbed ribs - in a single layer - on a double thickeness of heavy-duty foil. Do the drug-store wrap and refrigerate - over night is great - but at least 6 - 8 hours.

Start your grill - and put the ribs on the rill - still wrapped. Grill about 20 minutes, turning once. Then CAREFULLY (when you open that foil it's hot and steamy!), unwrap an place the ribs on the grill. Grill about 5 - 10 minutes until lightly browned - then slather on your favorite barbecue sauce (bottled or home made) - andgrill about 10 minutes longer. If desired, serve with extra bbq sauce.

We'll often have or 3 foil packets of ribs when we do this -- as it's sort of hard to manage too large of a package.
