4-6 # Boston Butt Pork Roast



Sprinkle pepper and garlic powder all over the meat.
Place in uncovered roaster and bake at 375 until meat is browned all over, turning the meat over after the top side is browned.
Add water to about half way up the size of the meat.
Put lid on roaster, turn the oven down to 325 , return roaster to oven.
Roast for 3-4 hours, or until tender
