Recipe: Posole

Misc.

This is a recipe sent to me from Santa Fe. No measurements were given but an adventuresome cook might give it a try. I have to have exact measurements!

Wash dried corn - soak overnight. Add pork - garlic salt - chopped onions - chili powder.
Cook in crock pot set at medium for 8 hrs then high for 3 hrs.
Posole will become tender & pop open.
For pork use any cheap cut and cut into small squares.
Season to taste with garlic salt and chili powder.
