Recipe(tried): Hop Scotch Candy (No bake)

Lanette, here is a no-bake recipe my Mom used to make for us. It's very good. Not sure if you were looking for a chocolate recipe, if so, you can substitute chocolate morsels for the butterscotch.

HOP SCOTCH CANDY

6 oz. butterscotch morsels
Scant 1/2 cup chunk-style peanut butter
3 ounces chow mein noodles
2 cups mini marshmallows

Melt morsels over hot (not boiling) water. Stir in peanut butter. Reserve.

In a large bowl combine noodles and marshmallows. Add butterscotch mixture and blend thoroughly.

Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper covered cookie sheets. Chill until set.

Yields 30.
