POT AU FEU
3 pounds boneless beef for stew (cut in cubes)
1 pound kielbasa or smoked sausage, cut in thick sliced
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen soup or stew vegetables, thawed and drained
1 (14 oz.) can beef broth
1 (1.5 oz.) envelope brown gravy mix
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Combine all ingredients in the crock pot. Stir well.
Cover and cook on LOW 10 hours or HIGH 5 hours.
