Recipe: Potatoes Romanoff

Potatoes Romanoff
Source: San Francisco Chronicle
Yield: 6 servings

3 large russet potatoes; peeled cubed and boiled until tender
2 cups large-curd cottage cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 clove garlic; minced
1/4 cup green onions; sliced
salt
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese; grated
paprika

Mix potatoes, cottage cheese, sour cream, garlic, and onions; season with salt to taste. Turn into a greased 8x12-inch Pyrex Dish. Top with cheddar cheese and paprika. Bake at 350F for 1 hour.
