Recipe: Poultry Seasoning Butter
Herbs and SpicesPOULTRY SEASONING BUTTER
1/2 lb unsalted butter, room temperature
1 to 2 pressed garlic cloves
a little salt and pepper
1 tsp fresh chopped rosemary
1 tsp fresh chopped lemon thyme
1 tsp fresh chopped oregano
1 tsp fresh chopped sage
Blend all ingredients thoroughly.
