Main Dishes - Pork, HamSoak the meat in salt water. This will take away the "wild" taste and you can fool people with it. I have heard that you can soak it in vinegar, or in worchestershire sauce and hide the "wild" taste. Hope this will help.
P.S. My mother always has soaked deer meat in salt water overnight in the fridge. Seems to make it a little more tender as well.
