Recipe: Pumpkin Pie for Diabetics

Hi as you know thanksgiving is coming up and my moms favorite dessert is pumpkin pie..but she can't have it this year because she had just recently become an diabetic so I am trying to find a recipe for pumpkin pie so she can eat it to and not feel left out.
