************Dump Cake**********
1 large can cherry pie filling
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick of real butter (not margarine)
In rectangular pan, spread in first two ingredients. Sprinkle dry cake mix over top. Melt butter and sprinkle over cake mix. Bake at 325 degrees f, 1 hour

FRENCH APPLE COBBLER
1 c. raisins
1 c. boiling water
2 cans apple pie filling
1 box Pillsbury quick nut bread mix
1/2 c. melted margarine
1 container ready to spread vanilla frosting
Preheat oven to 350. In small bowl add raisins and cover w/ boiling water. let stand till plump. Drain off excess water. Spread pie filling over bottom of 9x13 pan. Scatter raisins over apples. Sprinkle dry bread mix over top. Pour melted margarine over top. Bake 45-55 min. microwave the vanilla frosting till thinned. Drizzle over warm cobbler and cool.

Pork Chop and Potato Casserole
4 potatoes
1/2 cup onions
1 can mushroom soup
1 can mixed vegetables
4 pork chops and 2 cans of water
Slice your potatoes real thin and onions too and then just layer it.
Cook in crock pot for 3 to 4 hours.
You can also add one can of mushrooms too if you want.
I really like it and will be cooking it again.

GRANDMA'S CINNAMON ROLLS
4 Tbsp yeast (I use fast-rise yeast)
1/4 C sugar
1 C warm (104 ) water
1/2 C sugar
2 Tbsp salt
3/4 C evaporated milk
1 C Crisco
5 egg yolks
2-1/2 C hot (120 ) water
10-1/2 C all-purpose flour
melted butter
1 C sugar mixed with 1 Tbsp cinnamon
Icing (recipe below)
Dissolve yeast and 1/4 C sugar in 1 C warm
water. Set aside until foamy. Mix 1/2 C sugar
salt, evaporated milk, Crisco and egg yolks in
a large bowl until well blended. Add the hot
water and mix. Add 4 C of the flour and mix
well. Add the yeast mixture and blend well.
Add remaining 6-1/2 C flour one at a time-
you should have a nice, elastic dough that is
just barely sticky to the touch. Let rest
for 5 minutes. Knead 50 times then shape into
two long loaves. Let rest 10 minutes. Roll
loaves into rectangles 1/2" thick. Brush with
melted butter and sprinkle with the sugar and
cinnamon mixture. Moisten the upper edge of
the dough with water then roll from bottom to
top and pinch to seal. Using a sharp knife,
cut dough into 2" rolls. Place side by side
in a greased 10" X 14" pan. Cover lightly
with a dish towel and allow to rise until
doubled in bulk (15 min for fast-rise yeast)
then bake at 325 for 30 minutes or more until
golden on top. Allow to cool in pan. Drizzle
icing over top

Cranberry Chicken
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 8-oz. Catalina salad dressing
Chicken breasts, skinless, boneless
Put chicken breasts in a 9x13 inch baking pan. Combine cranberry sauce and salad dressing. Pour over chicken breasts. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.

Quick Pierogi Minestrone

Serving Size : 4
1 large onion, finely chopped
1/4 pound mushrooms, sliced
1 garlic clove, minced
2 medium carrots, thinly sliced
47 1/2 ounces low-salt chicken broth, divided
l6 ounces canned tomatoes
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
2/3 package potato and cheddar cheese pierogies, l6.9 ounces
1/4 pound snap peas or edible pod peas ends and strings removed
1/4 cup chopped parsley
fat-free grated parmesan cheese, optional
1. In a stockpot, over medium heat, combine onion, mushrooms, garlic and carrots with 1 cup of the chicken broth. Cook, stirring, about 4 minutes, or until onion is soft. Add remaining broth, tomatoes, salt, basil, thyme and pepper. Bring to a boil.
2. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes.
3. Bring soup to a boil, add pierogies. Bring again to a boil; cook, uncovered, about 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until nearly tender.
4. Add peas; boil 2 minutes longer. Before serving, sprinkle soup with chopped parsley and grated cheese.

Quick and Easy Cherry Bread
1 Loaf Frozen Bread Dough
21 ounce can Cherry Pie Filling
Let the frozen bread loaf rise once. Knead, reshape and place in a greased loaf pan. Let rise again. Make 2 slits lengthwise in the top of the loaf to a depth equal to 1/3rd of the loaf. Divide and place the cherry pie filling in the slits. Let rise again to full size and brush the top of the loaf with melded butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake in a preheated 350 degree F oven for 35-40 minutes. Remove the loaf from the pan and cool. This bread can be served either warm or cold.

Quaker's Chewy Chocolate No-Bake
6 oz Semisweet chocolate pieces
1/3 c Margarine or butter
16 lg Marshmallows
1 t Vanilla
2 c QUAKER Oats uncooked (quick or old fashioned)
1 c Mixed fruit
Mixed fruit may consist of any combination of raisins, diced dried mixed fruit, flaked coconut, miniature marshmallows or chopped nuts
In large saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate pieces, margarine and marshmallows stirring until smooth. Remove from heat; cool slightly. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto wax paper. Chill 2 to 3 hours. Let stand at room temperature about 15 minutes before serving. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: Place chocolate pieces, margarine and marshmallows in large microwavable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1 to 2 minutes or until mixture is melted and smooth, stirring every 20 seconds. Proceed as recipe directs.
