Recipe(tried): Quick Cream of Mushroom Soup Substitute

I have created a quick mushroom gravy recipe that I use as a gravy substitute or a substitute for condensed mushroom soup. I don't have any exact measuerements, because I do everything to taste.

I wash and slice 4 or five mushrooms and begin to fry them in about 2 tbsps of liquid aminos or soya sauce using a small pot. I add a tsp of garlic sauce, black pepper to taste and about a cup of water. I bring all of that to a boil and then lower the heat and let simmer for 2 or 3 minutes. Next, I add white flour to thicken the mixture. I usually drain a little bit of the cooking water into a cup and first whisk the flour into that in order to prevent lumps. I then add the flour mixture into the pot and bring to a boil again. Once the mixture has thickened, I serve it as gravy or use it in a recipe as I would condensed mushroom soup.
