Rainbow rice
A colorful and easy recipe that saves you the time of making a separate salad.
Serve: 4 people
Before starting to cook: Chop the vegetables into very small cubes.
3 cups of rice cooked using our white rice recipe
1 large carrot
1 red sweet pepper
1 green sweet pepper
1 cup of sweet corn
1 teaspoon of fresh parsley chopped finely
1 onion
3 tablespoons of butter
Salt
Saute all the ingredients (except the rice) using the butter. Adjust salt to taste. Add rice and mix all the ingredients. Fluff the rice using a fork. Serve hot.
