Recipe: Ramen Noodle Salad for Teresa

Salads - Potato, Pasta
Teresa - here's the basic recipe. My guess would be the person who made it added chicken on their own:

Ramen Noodle Salad

3 green onions, chopped
1 small head cabbage or 1 pkg. cole slaw mix
3 Tbsp sesame seeds
1 cup slivered almonds
1 pkg. chicken flavored Ramen noodles (crumbled)

Toast almonds a sesame seeds on cookie sheet at 350 until golden (about 5-10 minutes).

Combine all ingredients, except Ramen noodles.

Dressing mix:
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. vinegar
dash black pepper
spice package from noodles

Combine all these and pour over salad. Toss well. Can be made and chilled overnight. Add crumbled Ramen's noodles just before serving.

Enjoy!
