Recipe(tried): Raspberry Salad (using mandarin oranges, water chestnuts, pecans, and sunflower seeds)
Salads - AssortedRASPBERRY SALAD
1 bunch salad greens (I used the bagged spring lettuce)
1 container raspberries
1 can mandarin oranges (I used a naval orange)
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1/2 cup salted sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pecans (I used honeyed pecans)
2 tablespoons chopped chives
FOR THE DRESSING:
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup red raspberry vinaigrette with poppy seeds (Good seasons brand)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Mix right before serving.
Top each serving with cold chicken or turkey.
