Recipe: New Potato Summer Salad (using bacon bits)

NEW POTATO SUMMER SALAD

3 pounds new potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/2 small red onion, -thinly sliced
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup bacon bits
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1/4 cup zesty Italian salad dressing
1/4 cup Miracle Whip light salad dressing
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

Cook potatoes in boiling water 10 to 12 minutes or until fork tender. Drain.

Toss potatoes, onion, tomatoes, bacon bits and basil in large bowl.

Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over potato mixture; toss lightly. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Servings: 12
