Hi Sherry :-) Here is one recipe for Raspberry Vinaigrette, It is from the Silver Palate Cookbook by Julee Rosso and Sheila Lukins.

Raspberry Vinaigrette
About 1 cup

1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup raspberry vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
freshly ground black pepper
1 Tbsp. Creme Fraiche

Combine all ingredients and shake well.
