This recipe comes from Donna German's Bread Machine Cookbook 5

English Muffin Bread (for a 1-1/2 lb. loaf)

1-1/8 cup milk
2 tbl potato flakes
4 tbl. unsalted butter
1 tbl sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 cups bread flour
1-1/2 tsp rapid or quick yeast

cycle: sweet, white; no timer
setting: light to med.
