Elly, you sure have it together on leftovers! All I can say is, WOW!

Here's just one more dish:

Take the leftover pasta or rice and put in a buttered casserole, or 9x13 pan.
Take the leftover veggies, cut about the same size, and mix it in.
Take the leftover meat(s) (ham & chicken, or other agreeable combination) and mix that in.
Take 1 can cream-of-anything soup (to make sauce), with 2 eggs and a half soupcan of water or milk; whip together and pour over all.
Bake at 350 until set (about an hour).
