GREEN BEAN SALAD
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup Marie's Italian Salad Dressing
1 (16 ounce) can No Salt Added green beans
2 fresh tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 tbsp minced onion
In large mixing bowl, combine sour cream and salad dressing with whisk.
Add green beans, tomatoes, and onion, mixing well.
Chill at least 3 hours. Serve cold

GREEN BEANS IN SOUR CREAM
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen French style green beans
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup sour cream
1 to 2 tbsp. dry onion soup mix
Salt and pepper to taste
American cheese slices
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Cook or microwave green beans until crisp-tender.
Drain well and mix in butter, salt, pepper, and dry onion soup. Fold in sour cream and mix well.
Place mixture in a glass pie plate or 1-quart baking dish. Top with 3-4 slices of American cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees until cheese melts and bubbles.
3-4 servings
