Recipe(tried): Re: Quick Desserts for 20+

Desserts - Assorted

I got this recipe from my sister-in-law and it is GREAT for the summertime and very refreshing. It makes a 9x13 pan so you could probably serve 20 people or if you like you can make something else to go with it. Good Luck

Maria's Cake

1 white cake mix
1 pkg. cooked vanilla pudding
1 4oz. pkg cream cheese, cubed
1 can 8 or 10oz can crushed pineapple, drained
1 container cool whip
1/2 cup chhopped walnuts

Make cake mix as directed in a 9x13 pan and cool. Once cooled make cooked vanilla pudding as directed once done add cream cheese beat until melted and blended well. Spread over top of cooled cake. Before it sets sprinkle drained curshed pineapple. Let set in the fridge. Heavily top with cool whip and sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Enjoy.
