Just make sure you start out with room temperature frosting and make sure your refrigerater is below 41 degrees but above freezing. If you follow this you should not have a problem. If however you feel you just might, brush a little alcohol like vodka or a strawberry liquer on the cake before adding your strawberries. You will get a nice seal from the frosting and the inside and the alcohol will ensure a perfectly moist cake as well. Good luck.
