Recipe: Rosemary and Feta Spread

Appetizers and Snacks
Don't know if you are still looking for a rosemary and feta spread. There is a really easy spread you can make with feta, cream cheese, and then add additional herbs. I've made with garlic; dill; rosemary. Etc.

Just take a block of feta and add half a block of cream cheese and taste. I like mine to be very feta-y, so I keep the ratio about one block feta to half block creamcheese, but you can also do 1:1 if want yours more creamy. Add some garlic if so desire and then the rosemary.

Simple but really really good. I bring this to parties and everyone always raves and asks that I bring it back each time. Even though I feel like I'm cheating because it is so easy. If you refrigerate overnight the flavors will get more intense.
