Recipe(tried): Salmon Spread

Salmon Spread
I serve this at Christmas parties and get asked for the recipe all the time.

1 can Salmon or 3 cans tuna, drained of all liquid
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup minced onion
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. prepared horseradish
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. liquid smoke

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Chill at least 2 hours. Serve with Ritz crackers.
