Mascarpone Cheese for Denise

Hi Denise,

Mascarpone cheese is a creamy style Italian cheese. Bellgiosio makes it and it comes in 8 oz. and 16 oz. containers in the gourmet section of your grocer's case or you can find it at an Italian market.

It is the cheese that is used to make Tiramisu also.
