Recipe(tried): Sarah's Baked Country-Style Spareribs

Sarah's Baked Country-Style Ribs
Is very good reheated. Goes well with a nice salad.
Serves 4

2 Lbs. country-style spareribs

Sauce:
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 cup water
1 cup chili sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Cut spareribs into serving pieces. Place in baking pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Pour sauce over ribs and continue baking for an additional hour.

Sauce:
Saute onion in oil. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook slowly for 20 minutes.
