Pork Ribs with Sauerkraut (crock pot)

Well, I don't have a recipe, but pork ribs are great cooked with sauerkraut.

Brown the ribs a bit in a skillet then salt and pepper to taste and put in a slow cooker with as much kraut as your family will eat. When the meat starts falling off the bone it's ready to eat. Served with mashed potatoes, it makes a great easy meal.
