ISO: I am appealing to you great cooks....

who know what to do with pork country style ribs. They were on sale at our local market for a remarkably low price, so I stocked up. Usually I cook them in the slow cooker for 7 hours or so, then cool and shred for bby pork sandwiches...however, with 3 or so packages in the freezer, well, I'm not sure my family is going to love the bbq after 3 weeks of having it continuously :-)
My question is...what else can I make with this? Any ideas are really appreciated!
