Recipe(tried): Pork Country-Style Spareribs

Menus
I like to take this cut of pork, slow cook as you have, but add quartered potatoes and yams during the last hour. I cook mine in the oven, and like to brown them. I do drain some of the fat off before adding the potatoes, my sister-in-law adds onion.
