3 lbs chicken wings
12 oz. jar apricot preserves
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
2 Tablespoons cooking oil
Preheat oven to 374 degrees F. Cut wings into 3 pieces, separating joints. Discard wing tips. Spray a jelly roll pan with non stick cooking spray. Put wings in prepared jelly roll pan in a single layer. Mix remaining ingredients and spread over wings. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until fork tender. Serve hot.
