Grape Rosemary Turkey Breast
This sounds interesting its from the Concert in Dining Cookbook
1 turkey breast
2 cups pecans
3/4 cup butter
2 cups seedless grapes
1/4 cup fresh rosemary, chopped
salt and pepper
In a food processor, put pecans, butter, grapes and rosemary;process until a paste is formed (it will be grainy). Separate the skin from the breast of the turkey and push the paste underneath it, between the skin and the breast meat. Bake the turkey breast according to the turkey breast package directions. Salt and pepper lightly.
