Recipe: Pepsi Pot Roast

Pepsi Pot Roast
From Bread and Butterflies 2

3-4 pounds pot roast
1 can cream of mushroom soup (or chicken or celery)
1 pkg. Dry onion soup mix
16 oz. Pepsi

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Place roast in a pan that can be covered tightly. Spread the can of soup over roast. Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix over the top. Pour Pepsi over all. Cover tightly. Place in 325 degree F. oven for 3 1/2 to 4 hours. It's very tender and makes its own gravy. You may use a pork roast. You may use diet Pepsi.
