Recipe: Sauteed Chicken Breast

Sauteed Chicken Breast

4 ea boneless chicken breast
5 ea garlic cloves (roasted)
1/2 cup chardonnay
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/8 cup basil (chiffonade)
1/4 cup oil to saute
2 tb butter

In a medium sized sautee your chicken breast, completely searing on both sides. After all the chicken is seared place in a 350 degree oven Lower the flame one your sautee pan, and add your wine, being sure to get all the scrapings loose from the pan. Bring this liquid to a quick simmer, add the basil and swirl in the butter.

Serve with rice, and veg., pasta, whipped potatoes a good loaf of bread.
