Scotch Bread

1 box golden raisins (15 oz.)
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 cup margarine

Pour 2 cups boiling water over mixture and let stand overnight.

Beat 2 eggs with 1 3/4 cups sugar. Add 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Next add raisin mixture. Beat in 4 cups of flour, one cup at a time. Bake in 2 large greased loaf pans about 75 minutes at 350 degrees
