Hi Sharon :-) Here is one recipe that I found for you on the internet. I will post a couple of others so you can choose the one that sounds good to you. Good luck!

Scotch Bread
(from the kitchen of Carol Linkkila)
From Bruce & Jill's Favourite Family Recipes

3 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 cup rolled oats
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2/3 cups molasses
2 cups milk
3 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 1/2 cups raisins

Sift together dry ingredients. Stir in oats. Add eggs, molasses, vinegar and milk; mix well. Stir in nuts and raisins. Turn into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
