Recipe(tried): Energy Bars
Appetizers and SnacksENERGY BARS
4 tablespoons nut butter*
syrup (any kind will do)
soy milk powder or regular dry milk powder
flavored powder (any flavor)
sandwich bag to mix them together in
Put all ingredients in bag and squeeze it until they are well mixed. If you wait the bar will harden when the powder absorbs the oil in the nut butter.
*Peanut butter is the easiest and cheapest.
Enjoy!
