Recipe(tried): Shepards Pie - Simple and kids love it!

SHEPARDS PIE

4 or 5 medium potatoes
1 lb. ground beef
1 (1 lb.) can corn
2 cans (10 3/4 oz. each) condensed cream of mushroom soup
Salt and pepper to taste
Fried mushrooms and onions (optional)

Cook and mash potatoes. 

Cook ground beef, drain fat. 

In a ovenproof dish mix ground beef, (undiluted) soups, corn, salt and pepper; stir. Put mashed potatoes on the top of mixture.

Heat in oven at 350 degrees F for above 20 minutes or until soup shows on edges of potatoes. Brown top of potatoes with broiler.

You can make prepare ahead of time and place in oven when ready. Simple and kids love it!
