Recipe(tried): Short Cut Chocolate Pots (using chocolate chips)

SHORT CUT CHOCOLATE POTS

1 (6 oz) pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 egg
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tsp dark rum or 1tsp instant powdered coffee*
pinch of salt
3/4 cup whole cream milk
whipped cream for topping

Combine chocolate chips, egg, sugar, vanilla, rum, and salt, in a blender.

Heat cream just to boiling. Pour over other ingredients and blend 1 minute. Pour immediately into pots or ramekins. Chill 2-3 hours.

Serve with whipped cream.

*If dark rum is not in your stocks use Kalhua or Tia Maria as an alternative.

Note: Do not try and double, instead do this in 2 separate operations.
